RETURN POLICY
Many
online jewelry retailers do not accept returns. Some make
the process tedious and difficult requiring authorization
codes and downloadable return labels. We would like to show
our commitemnt to customer service and satisfaction with
our outstanding return and refund policy.
It
is our passion that you or your gift recipient is completely
satisfied with your purchase from Dolphin Jewelry, Inc.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with
any piece purchased, you may return the item for a full
refund within 30 days from the date of shipment.
A refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original
credit card used for the purchase. Please allow one month
billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card
statement.
In
order for a full refund to be granted, all items must be
returned in unworn condition. Unworn means that
there are no visible sign of wear on the item. Items that
have been altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot
be returned. Returns received where packages are not properly
packaged or insured will be refused receipt.
EASY
RETURN PROCESS:
Packaging
and shipping: Place all original packaging in the box and
be sure to insure the package for its full retail value.
*For items less than $500.00, use UPS or FedEx.
