Most pieces leave our office in 3-5 business days from the order date. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. In the event an item is on backorder, you will be notified immediately. Most backorders are shipped within 10days-2 weeks of order date.

We Inventory & Ship all of Our
Own Jewelry

Dolphin Jewelry keeps its own inventory of all jewelry in our collection. We do not have outside sources drop shipping our jewelry. Handling every aspect of your purchase from our hands to yours ensures a safe and speedy delivery.

It also enables us to present your purchase to you in a professional, elegant manner. All gold jewelry pieces are shipped in a velvet like gift box with the dolphin jewelry logo inside the box. All sterling silver jewelry pieces are shipped in a blue cotton lined box with the dolphin jewelry logo gold foil stamped on the outside of the box. You can request gift wrap at checkout and can ship the item to you or a third party.

No sales tax is charged except in the state of Pennsylvania.

Here is another special service from Dolphin Jewelry, Inc.: As an added bonus, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $100.00 retail value. All orders under $500.00 retail value are shipped UPS ground shipping.

All orders over $500.00 retail value are shipped U.S. Registered, Insured mail and will require a signature at time of delivery.

Shipping FAQ’s

How long will my jewelry take to ship?
It generally takes 24-48 hours to process your order before it ships. Depending on your shipping address, it can take between 5-10 days from order date for domestic orders and up to 3 weeks for international orders.

How is my jewelry packaged during shipping?
Dolphinjewelry.com first places your jewelry item(s) in an elegant gift box. This gift box can be gift wrapped in beautiful wrapping paper with a bow if you choose that option at checkout. The gift box (wrapped or unwrapped) is then placed in a small mailing box, sealed and shipped to you.

Where will my jewelry be shipped from?
It should give you great piece of mind to know that Dolphinjewelry.com stocks all of its own jewelry and does not use drop shippers or any outside sources for shipping. We are located in Northeastern Pennsylvania and all jewelry is shipped from our office.

What if my jewelry item(s) are out of stock?
There are times when our manufacturers might have an item on backorder. A backordered item can ship (from our office) anywhere between seven days to two weeks. We rarely have issues with items not being in stock but in the event this happens, you will receive an email explaining the situation and a very realistic approximation of when you can expect your order to ship.

Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes. If you need expedited shipping, you can choose Express or Next Day mail at check out. There is an extra cost for this, even on orders over $100.00. Our FREE shipping only applies to US Ground shipping.

Why does my jewelry have to be sent Registered mail if its retail value is over $500.00?
Registered mail is the safest way to ship an item. It is logged in and checked at every single stage of the shipping process. It also requires a signature at time of delivery. If you purchase something of this value, we feel more secure sending it the most secure way possible.

What if I don’t want to have to sign for my jewelry because it is inconvenient?
If you insist that we send your over $500.00 in retail value jewelry standard insured mail as opposed to registered mail, email us your request and we will honor your wishes. We will keep your written request on file and if anything happens to your package, we will not be responsible for it.

Will I receive any confirmation when my jewelry has shipped?
Yes. When your item(s) leave our office, you will receive an email stating that your order has been shipped.

What is your return policy?
You can also view our return policy on our Guarantee page. You can return any item within 30 days from the order date as long as the item has no visible signs of wear or has not been altered in any way. You will see instructions on the Guarantee page of where to return the items. We have strived to make this process as easy as possible for you.
